Requirements for 16 year old students who passed the written test from high school.
Please make sure all the documents are original only.
  • Birth certificate OR US passport, OR passport card (US citizen), if passport expired it has to be within 3 years
  • High School Waiver (Blue Colored Card)
  • Application completely filled up, (we will provide)
  • Parent or legal guardian's driving license number and signature is required
  • Student's SS card
  • $10.00 permit fee for the DMV
  • 6 hours $$$$.00 for the driving school
  • If student uses any contacts or glasses those need to be taken with student


    • FREE Pick up and Drop off from your Office, School or Home.

    We can take students to these DMV locations for their road test:
